One of the most common skin conditions is atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema. Eczema is inflammation of the skin that is typically itchy, dry, and red, and can be a lifelong condition for some. Winter skin can be quite uncomfortable for most.  Dryness of the hands, feet, and face can cause a tightness and dry feeling that can cause the skin to itch.
