Telemedicine/Dermatology
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Hatfield is offering virtual dermatology visits (telemedicine) to Arkansas residents. Patients can schedule visits with just a few clicks and get expert dermatology care from the comfort and safety of their own home on a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform. Treatment is initiated immediately and prescriptions are sent directly to your own local pharmacy. Visits are covered by Medicare and most commercial insurances, subject to deductible, copayments, and coinsurances. Affordable cash pay options are also available. Many conditions can be evaluated and treated via virtual visits. Some conditions may require in-office evaluation or treatment.
COVID-19 Safety Measures
All patients are screened for symptoms of acute respiratory illness, including fever, cough, difficulty breathing and travel history. We are aggressively sanitizing areas in our clinic after each patient encounter which is beyond our normal high standards to further minimize risks of transmission. Only the patient will be permitted in the building. The health and safety of our patients and employees is of the utmost concern of our dermatology practice.
